Amaze Holdings Inc. (NYSE American: AMZE) announced the launch of Amaze Live, a live shopping and community commerce platform that allows creators to sell products in real-time across multiple channels including social media, websites, and text messaging.
The platform enables creators, entrepreneurs, and brands to host live selling experiences and distribute them across various channels rather than being restricted to a single proprietary marketplace. Users can connect their live streams to products and storefronts through Amaze's existing commerce capabilities and select third-party platforms.
Amaze currently serves more than 13 million creators through its commerce platform. The company expects Amaze Live to attract additional creators seeking live commerce capabilities and serve as a user acquisition channel.
"Social commerce is becoming one of the largest opportunities in global retail, and live shopping is at the center of that shift," said Aaron Day, Chief Executive Officer of Amaze. "Creators have told us they want the ability to sell live anywhere, connect directly with fans, and avoid being locked into a single platform."
The platform will launch initially in the United States, with international market expansion planned for later this year. Amaze expects to integrate the platform across verticals including food, music, and lifestyle categories.
The announcement comes as social commerce continues to grow, with industry forecasts suggesting the category could exceed $6 trillion globally by 2035, according to the company's press release statement.
Amaze Live is designed to function as a conversion layer within the company's existing creator ecosystem and is expected to play a role within The Food Channel, where the company sees alignment between creator content and purchasing behavior.
