ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (NYSE: PNFP) approved the following dividends for holders of common and preferred stock:
- $0.50 per share on the firm’s common stock, payable on May 29, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2026.
- $0.46646 per share on the firm’s Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on June 22, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026.
- $0.52481 per share on the firm’s Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, payable July 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026.
- $16.88 per share (or $0.422 per depository share) on the firm’s Fixed-Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, payable on June 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 17, 2026.
