CEVA board member Sven-Christer Nilsson to retire after 24 years

Ceva Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA) announced that Sven-Christer Nilsson will retire from its board of directors and will not seek re-election at the company's annual stockholder meeting on June 2, 2026.
Nilsson has served on Ceva's board since November 2002. He currently serves on the Audit Committee and Strategy Committee, and chairs the Nomination and Governance Committee.
Peter McManamon, chairman of Ceva's board, stated that Nilsson "has provided invaluable leadership, deep industry insight and thoughtful guidance to the Board and management team" over more than 20 years of service.
Nilsson brings telecommunications industry experience from senior executive roles at Ericsson and has served on boards of several public companies and institutions in Europe and the United States.
The announcement was made in a company press release on April 20, 2026. Ceva describes itself as a licensor of silicon and software intellectual property for smart edge applications.
