CRH (NYSE: CRH) completed its delisting from the London Stock Exchange, with trading of its ordinary shares and 7% preference shares on the exchange ceasing at 8:00 a.m. London time on April 20, 2026.
The building materials company's shares are now exclusively listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The delisting follows an announcement made on March 13, 2026.
Both CRH's ordinary shares and its 7% preference shares were removed from the official list of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and from trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
CRH operates 4,000 locations with 83,000 employees and is a member of the S&P 500 Index. The company has made FAQ documents available for shareholders of both ordinary shares and preference shares, along with a helpline for assistance.
