Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB) announced that Donald J. LaBauve Jr. will retire from his position as Chief Accounting Officer effective June 1, 2026.
LaBauve notified the company of his retirement plans on April 13, 2026, after more than 36 years of service with Albemarle. The company stated that his retirement is not related to any dispute or disagreement with the company regarding accounting practices or financial reporting.
