Millicom subsidiary to redeem $140 million in senior notes due 2027

Telefónica Celular del Paraguay S.A.E., a subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular S.A. (NASDAQ: TIGO), announced plans to redeem all outstanding senior notes due 2027 on April 29, 2026.
The company will redeem $139.7 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027. The redemption represents the complete outstanding amount of these notes.
According to the announcement, the notes will be redeemed at 100% of principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date. The subsidiary will send a formal notice of redemption to noteholders in accordance with the indenture governing the notes.
Millicom provides fixed and mobile telecommunications services in Latin America through its TIGO and Tigo Business brands. The company serves approximately 52 million customers and employs about 15,000 people as of December 31, 2025.
