5E Advanced Materials Inc. (NASDAQ: FEAM) announced it will voluntarily delist its CHESS Depositary Interests from the Australian Securities Exchange, effective May 28, 2026.
The company's securities currently trade on the ASX under the code 5EA. The CDIs are expected to be suspended from official quotation on May 26, 2026, after which CDI holders will no longer be able to trade on the ASX.
The delisting is not expected to materially impact the company's financial position or operating results, aside from savings in compliance and ancillary costs associated with maintaining the ASX listing. The company's common stock will continue trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol FEAM.
5E Advanced Materials stated it intends to provide CDI holders with additional information regarding their rights in connection with the delisting from the ASX.
