Kite Realty Group names three senior executives to operations team

Kite Realty Group (NYSE: KRG) announced the appointment of three senior executives to leadership positions across asset management, technology and finance operations.

Sean Daly joined as Senior Vice President of Asset & Property Management. Daly previously served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors and brings more than 20 years of experience in asset management, leasing and development.

Jack Rahner was named Senior Vice President and Chief Technology & Innovation Officer. Rahner most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Technology at Welltower and has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, data and AI initiatives.

Adam Jaworski joined as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Jaworski previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at GGP, formerly known as Brookfield Properties Retail, and has extensive experience in accounting and financial operations for real estate platforms.

Kite Realty Group is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates open-air shopping centers and mixed-use properties. As of December 31, 2025, the company owned interests in 169 U.S. open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets comprising approximately 27.3 million square feet of gross leasable space.
