Fleet, an open device management platform, announced the launch of its partner program and appointed Suresh Batchu, co-founder of MobileIron (NASDAQ: MOBL), to its board of directors.
The San Francisco-based company said the moves represent its transition to a partner-first model where partners participate in every sale and deployment. Fleet's new multi-tier partner program includes Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels with varying degrees of deal protection, technical enablement, and go-to-market support.
Batchu brings experience from MobileIron, an enterprise mobility management company that was acquired by Ivanti. MobileIron was known for its partner focus in the United States and Europe during his tenure.
"The world changed in 2026, and companies are finding they can no longer operate in the old way," said Fleet CEO Mike McNeil. "You need to patch all your computers, phones, and other devices globally in hours, not days, and run leaner so you can do more with less in a budget-constrained environment."
The partner program features include open deal registration, Fleet-backed migration guarantees, and training on infrastructure as code and AI in IT. Fleet said every deal will flow through a partner under the new model.
Fleet also made executive appointments to support its partner strategy. Ashish Kuthiala joined as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing experience from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, GitLab, and other technology companies. Chaz MacLaughlin was named Global SVP of Sales, with previous roles at Nucleus Security, Signal Sciences, and MobileIron.
The company offers device management for macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and cloud infrastructure. Fleet said over 1,300 organizations in 90 countries use its platform.
