UiPath (NYSE: PATH) announced the availability of two automation products on Salesforce's AgentExchange marketplace. The company launched UiPath CX Companion and UiPath Maestro Connector to integrate AI-powered automation with Salesforce workflows.
UiPath Maestro Connector connects Salesforce Flows and Agentforce agents with enterprise workflows across ERP, finance, HR, and supply chain systems. The connector serves as an orchestration layer that coordinates AI agents, automations, and human workers within governed workflows. It includes dashboards, SLA tracking, exception handling, and compliance controls.
UiPath CX Companion integrates directly into Agentforce for contact center representatives. The tool provides access to customer context, AI agents, and automations within a single interface. It automatically displays relevant actions for specific cases or accounts and enables representatives to trigger cross-system workflows. The company stated that CX Companion operates as a user interface layer without storing data.
AgentExchange is Salesforce's marketplace that combines AppExchange, Slack, and Agentforce offerings. The platform provides access to approximately 14,000 applications, agents, tools, and integration services.
"UiPath Maestro and CX Companion extend Salesforce's agentic and workflow capabilities, orchestrating AI agents, automations, and people across every system and team in the enterprise," said Raghu Malpani, Chief Product and Technology Officer at UiPath.
Brian Landsman, CEO of AgentExchange and EVP of Global Partnerships at Salesforce, stated that the UiPath tools "accelerate business transformation for customers by bringing AI-powered automation and orchestration into agent-driven workflows."
The information is based on a UiPath press release statement.
