VANCOUVER, BC, April 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - OceanaGold Corporation (TSX: OGC) (NYSE: OGC) ("OceanaGold" or the "Company") will release its operational and financial results for the first quarter of 2026 after market close on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The results will be made available on the Company's website at www.oceanagold.com. The Company will hold its 2026 annual meeting of the shareholders (the "AGM") on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

First Quarter 2026 Results Conference Call Details

The record date to determine the holders of the Company's common shares who are entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the AGM is April 23, 2026.
