Luke Kissam resigned from DuPont's board of directors on April 14, 2026, to accept the position of chief executive officer at Corteva Inc., according to a company statement.
DuPont (NYSE: DD) said Kissam tendered his resignation on April 13, 2026, effective the following day. The company stated that his departure was not the result of any disagreement regarding operations, policies or practices.
Following Kissam's resignation, DuPont's board approved reducing its size from eleven to ten directors. The board reduction takes effect immediately with Kissam's departure.
The information was disclosed in a press release statement from DuPont de Nemours Inc.
