Algernon Health changes name to Grey Matters Health, implements 10:1 share consolidation

Algernon Health Inc. (CSE: AGN) (FRANKFURT: AGW0) (OTCQB: AGNPF) will change its corporate name to Grey Matters Health Inc. effective April 21, 2026, according to a company statement. The Canadian healthcare company will simultaneously implement a 10-to-1 share consolidation.
The company will begin trading under the new ticker symbol "GREY" on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The new CUSIP number will be 397884107 and the ISIN number will be CA3978841078 for the post-consolidation common shares. Trading under the new structure is expected to commence on or around April 21, 2026.
Following the consolidation, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares will be approximately 5,418,243. The company previously announced these changes on March 31, 2026.
Registered shareholders will receive letters of transmittal explaining how to exchange their existing share certificates or DRS statements for new ones reflecting the post-consolidation share count. Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through intermediaries do not need to take action.
The consolidation will also affect the company's outstanding preferred shares, warrants, stock options and restricted share units according to their respective terms.
Grey Matters Health operates in the healthcare sector, focusing on brain-specific PET scanning services through planned neuroimaging clinics in the United States for early-stage detection of Alzheimer's disease and other neurological conditions.
