One and one Green Technologies (NASDAQ: YDDL) announced preliminary unaudited financial results for fiscal year 2025, projecting revenue between $64.5 million and $65.8 million, representing year-over-year growth of 22% to 24%.
The Philippines-based recycler expects net income to range from $10.8 million to $11.8 million, an increase of 80% to 85% compared to the prior year. The company holds a government-issued license to import and process hazardous waste as raw materials.
The company reported consistent revenue growth over three years, from $41.3 million in 2023 to $53.5 million in 2024. Net income increased from $5.6 million in 2023 to $6.5 million in 2024.
One and one Green Technologies processes electronic waste, scrap metal, and other raw materials into products including copper alloy ingots and aluminum scraps. The company serves manufacturers and industrial clients across domestic and international markets.
The preliminary results are unaudited and subject to adjustments during the company's financial closing procedures and audit process. The company expects to report full financial results in its Annual Report on Form 20-F with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the end of April 2026.
Management stated the ranges represent their current estimate based on available information and do not expect actual results to differ materially from the preliminary figures presented.
