Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ: META) announced that board members Hock E. Tan and Tracey T. Travis have decided not to seek re-election at the company's 2026 annual meeting of shareholders.
The two directors notified the company of their decision on April 8, 2026, according to a company statement. Both Tan and Travis will continue serving as directors until the date of the annual meeting.
