Microbot Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: MBOT) announced it will present at the 25th Annual Needham Virtual Healthcare Conference on April 15 at 10:15 a.m. ET. The company will highlight recent commercial achievements leading to the full market release of its LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System.
Harel Gadot, CEO, President and Chairman of Microbot Medical, will present live and provide an overview of the company's strategic positioning and growth opportunities. The presentation will address the system's ability to tackle physician radiation risks, physical strain and staffing issues in endovascular procedures.
The LIBERTY system is described as the only FDA-cleared, single-use, remotely operated robotic system for peripheral endovascular procedures. The device is designed for vascular navigation while reducing radiation exposure and physical strain. Microbot Medical recently completed a limited market release in the United States and commenced its full market release at the Society of Interventional Radiology Annual Scientific Meeting.
The presentation will be webcast live through the company's investor relations website. Microbot Medical executives will also conduct pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with healthcare-focused institutional investors during the conference.
The company states that the LIBERTY system aims to provide precision, efficiency and safety in endovascular procedures. Microbot Medical describes itself as a commercial-stage medical device company focused on transforming endovascular procedures through robotic technology.
