Datavault AI partners with AgSensor to tokenize agricultural data

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) and AgSensor Solutions announced a consulting partnership agreement to identify, value, and tokenize agricultural data assets. The collaboration targets data from soil sensing, carbon tracking, agricultural IoT platforms, and regenerative agriculture firms.
Under the partnership, AgSensor will provide agricultural technology expertise to help Datavault AI source companies with data assets suitable for the company's blockchain tokenization platforms, including Information Data Exchange, DataScore, and DataValue systems.
The companies stated the initiative aims to create digital assets from agricultural data while providing compliance with securities, data privacy, and anti-money-laundering regulations. The partnership focuses on the global agricultural economy, which the companies cited as valued at $5 trillion according to Food and Agriculture Organization data.

The partnership will focus on sourcing prospects with data assets, refining product positioning for agricultural markets, and integrating these assets into Datavault AI's product offerings. Philadelphia-based Datavault AI provides data monetization and tokenization technologies across multiple industries including sports, entertainment, biotech, and healthcare.
AgSensor Solutions specializes in agricultural technology consulting and connecting agricultural data providers with monetization platforms.
