Corteva Inc. (NYSE: CTVA) announced the executive leadership team for "New Corteva," the crop protection company that will result from its planned separation in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Luke Kissam, former Albemarle Chairman, President and CEO, was previously named CEO of New Corteva and will join the current company on June 1. Greg Page, current Corteva Chair, will also chair New Corteva after separation.
The executive team includes Jeff Rudolph as chief financial officer, Brook Cunningham as chief commercial officer, Ralph Ford as chief integrated operations officer, Reza Rasoulpour as chief technology officer, and Jim Alcombright as chief digital and information officer. The company is conducting internal and external searches for chief legal officer and chief people officer positions.
Robert King, current executive vice president of the Corteva Crop Protection business unit, will become a strategic advisor to the incoming CEO effective July 1. King will remain on the current Corteva executive leadership team until separation and serve on the New Corteva team until the end of 2026, after which he will leave the company.
"The business that will become Corteva after separation, later this year, will lead a critical industry from a position of strength," said Page.
New Corteva will focus on crop protection and plans to leverage what the company describes as its technological leadership in nature-inspired technologies. The separated company intends to operate with an asset-light business model.
Members of New Corteva's executive leadership will host an investor day on September 15 at the New York Stock Exchange.
