The collaboration enables Mindfactory customers to choose from several payment methods including paying in full, paying later, or splitting purchases into interest-free installments through Klarna's platform.
"Mindfactory has built one of the most recognised brands in gaming retail. Together, we're making sure their customers get a smooth, hassle-free checkout experience, backed by Klarna's built-in tools that help customers stay in control of their finances," said Nico Schenck, Head of Germany at Klarna.
Marcel Kirchner, CEO of Mindfactory, stated the company sought to combine hardware offerings with payment solutions. "With Klarna, we've found the ideal partner to make the checkout process as intuitive, secure and flexible as possible for our community," he said.
Klarna operates as a global digital bank and payment provider with over 118 million active users globally and processes 3.4 million transactions daily, according to the company. The firm reports that more than one million retailers use its payment solutions.
