Nano X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Nanox Impact Inc., has signed a distribution agreement with Digital X-Ray Imaging Inc. to deploy the Nanox.ARC imaging system across Arkansas healthcare facilities.
The agreement allows Digital X-Ray Imaging to market, install and support the Nanox.ARC, which the company describes as an FDA-cleared digital tomosynthesis system that provides 3D imaging at lower cost and reduced radiation compared to traditional CT scans.
Digital X-Ray Imaging will target major health systems in Arkansas, including hospital networks in the Little Rock area. The Arkansas-based company has over three decades of experience serving hospitals, orthopedic practices and outpatient clinics throughout the state.
This marks Nanox's fourth U.S. distribution agreement in 2026, following partnerships with Integrity Medical Service Inc., Elite Surgical Technologies and Imperial Imaging Technology.
"Expanding our U.S. channel partner network with experienced, regionally dominant distributors is a core pillar of our commercial execution strategy," said Erez Meltzer, Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chairman of Nanox, according to the company's press release.
Drew Baxter, President of Digital X-Ray Imaging, stated that the Nanox.ARC "offers a practical solution for providers seeking access to 3D imaging when CT may be clinically unnecessary, without the cost and infrastructure burden of traditional CT systems."
Digital X-Ray Imaging maintains a statewide team of factory-trained service engineers to provide local installation and ongoing support for the imaging equipment.
