Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2925.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2026, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
