ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPI) announced it expects first commercial shipments across multiple isotopes in 2026, including Silicon-28, Carbon-14, and Ytterbium-176. The company targets obtaining helium Phase 1 nameplate capacity in the third quarter of 2026.
The company reported cash, cash equivalents and short-term marketable securities of $333 million as of December 31, 2025. ASP Isotopes raised over $345 million in total capital during 2025 through common stock and convertible note issuances.
For its nuclear medicine operations, ASP Isotopes shipped its first enriched Ytterbium-176 sample to a customer in August 2025. The company targets initial commercial shipments around mid-year or third quarter 2026. Carbon-14 commercial shipments are anticipated around mid-year, pending receipt of final feedstock from a Canadian supplier.
In electronics, the company has signed three purchase agreements for Silicon-28 and shipped first enriched samples in August 2025. First commercial Silicon-28 shipments are targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
The company completed its acquisition of Renergen Limited in January 2026 and finished Phase 1 drilling at the Virginia Gas Project four months ahead of schedule in March 2026. Phase 1 nameplate capacity is expected to produce 2,500 GJ per day of LNG and 58 MCF per day of liquid helium.
ASP Isotopes expanded its radiopharmaceutical operations internationally with acquisitions of two radiopharmacies in Florida and South Carolina. The company targets radiopharmacy revenues of $10 million or more in 2026, approximately double the 2025 reported revenue.
Product revenue for 2025 was $5.7 million, a 46% increase from $3.9 million in 2024. Net loss attributable to shareholders was $175.1 million for 2025 compared to $32.3 million in 2024. The company set an EBITDA target exceeding $300 million for 2031.
