Electrovaya launches lithium-ion batteries for walkie pallet jacks

Electrovaya Inc. (NASDAQ: ELVA) announced the launch of its Infinity battery systems for walkie pallet jacks, which are commonly used in distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and retail stores.
The new product line includes two battery capacities: a 108 Ah (2.8 kWh) model and a 162 Ah (4.1 kWh) model. Both options are available in widths ranging from 5.5 inches to 9 inches. Each battery pack includes an onboard charger available in either 650W or 1200W configurations.
"With this product line launch, our material handling equipment battery portfolio is further enhanced, positioning us to offer a complete and unified solution to our customers," said Jeremy Dang, Vice President of Business Development at Electrovaya.
The Toronto-based company will display the walkie pallet jack battery at MODEX 2026 in booth #B11411. The company manufactures lithium-ion batteries for industrial, robotics, defense and energy-storage applications.
Electrovaya operates manufacturing facilities in Canada and is expanding U.S. manufacturing through its 52-acre Jamestown, New York site, which includes a 137,000-square-foot facility planned as its first gigafactory.
