Leishen Energy advances Saudi production facility amid regional conflicts

Leishen Energy Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: LSE) confirmed its Saudi Arabia manufacturing facility development continues as planned despite ongoing regional conflicts in the Middle East, according to a company statement.

The Chinese clean-energy equipment provider said its Saudi subsidiary, LSE Energy International, is progressing through land arrangements, feasibility studies, and regulatory processes for the facility near the Port of Jubail. The planned production site will manufacture reciprocating compressors, expanders, composite pipes, wellhead equipment, control panels, inverters, energy storage systems, and generators.

The company views the regional infrastructure damage from recent conflicts as an opportunity for reconstruction involvement. "We are deeply aware that many oil and gas assets across the Middle East have been severely damaged during the recent conflicts," said Chairman Hongqi Li. "Leishen Energy is committed to playing a constructive role in the region's post-war rehabilitation and reconstruction."

Leishen Energy plans to comply with Saudi Arabia's localization requirements and expand operations across Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the broader Middle East and Africa region. The company indicated it will pursue strategic partnerships and develop manufacturing capabilities tailored to post-conflict rebuilding needs.

"We are not a short-term player. We plan to stay, to rebuild, and to grow alongside our partners in the Middle East," Li stated.

The Cayman Islands-incorporated company provides clean-energy equipment, digitalization solutions, and oil and gas engineering services. The information was disclosed in a press release statement.
