Exicure appoints Yoontae Han to board and audit committee

Exicure Inc. (NASDAQ: XCUR) announced the appointment of Yoontae Han as a director, effective April 8, 2026. The board also named Han to the company's audit committee.

The appointment is effective until a successor is elected and qualified or until Han's death, resignation or removal. Han will receive an annual retainer of $20,000 for his board service.

The company also appointed Dongho Lee, currently an audit committee member, as chair of the audit committee. Exicure plans to enter into an indemnification agreement with Han using the same form as other directors, previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in October 2017.
