AlphaTON Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: ATON) announced that its subsidiary GAMEE generated $926,000 in revenue during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 56% increase from the same period in 2025 when revenue was $593,000.
The gaming platform attracted 5.57 million users and recorded 88.5 million gameplays during the three-month period. GAMEE currently maintains 1.7 million monthly active users and 150,000 daily active users across its platforms.
The company completed a collaboration with Web3 brand Azuki during the quarter, developing the "Alley Escape" Telegram mini-app that reached 315,000 users and generated 27 million gameplays. The application ranked among the top 200 mini apps on Telegram and achieved the number one position in the arcade game category on PlayToEarn.
GAMEE secured a partnership with nGRND and Flashy to launch "Gold Fest," a campaign distributing $2 million in tokenized gold through the Telegram platform. The agreement includes $500,000 in development fees and an additional $500,000 marketing budget for GAMEE.
AlphaTON expects to complete its acquisition of GAMEE in April 2026. The acquisition target was previously a subsidiary of Animoca Brands since 2020 and reports having 119 million registered users with over 10 billion gameplay sessions served across multiple platforms.
"The Q1 results confirm our thesis that the Telegram ecosystem is the premier frontier for gaming growth," said Brittany Kaiser, CEO of AlphaTON.
GAMEE plans to focus on revenue scaling, brand partnerships, and artificial intelligence integration for the remainder of 2026, according to the company statement.
