Valmont Industries Inc. (NYSE: VMI) appointed John L. Schwietz as chief financial officer, the company announced.
Schwietz most recently served as president of International Agriculture at Valmont. He previously held the position of vice president of finance for the Utility business. Since joining the company in 2009, he has worked in finance, business development, and operations roles across both Utility and Agriculture segments globally. Valmont provides products and solutions for infrastructure and agricultural productivity. The company is based in Omaha, Nebraska.
