AGA Precision Systems signs second aerospace defense supply agreement

AGA Precision Systems LLC, a subsidiary of PMGC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB), announced the execution of a long-term supply agreement with a Tier 1 aerospace and defense company. The agreement formalizes an ongoing multi-year supplier-customer relationship and governs future purchase orders during its term.

This marks AGA's second long-term agreement with an aerospace and defense customer in 2026, following an agreement with Turbo-Jet Products Co., Inc. announced March 31, 2026. Under the agreement, AGA will supply precision CNC-manufactured components for the customer's aerospace and defense programs.

The arrangement includes defined performance commitments across quality, delivery, and pricing standards required for defense applications. AGA is ITAR-registered and AS9100-certified, meeting regulatory requirements for defense-related work.

The company has not disclosed the customer's identity due to confidentiality obligations and regulatory requirements, including ITAR. AGA stated it intends to make additional disclosures if the agreement becomes material, though no assurance was given regarding timing.

AGA Precision Systems is a California-based CNC machine shop specializing in high-tolerance milling, turning, and machining of complex metals including titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. The company serves customers across aerospace, defense, space, and industrial sectors.
