Kuwait oil and power facilities severely damaged by Iranian drone strike
Investing.com -- Kuwait's Interior Ministry says there's "severe material damage" to multiple energy infrastructure sites following an Iranian drone attack on Wednesday. The strikes targeted facilities belonging to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and the energy and water resources ministry.
The attacks hit several locations, including oil facilities, three power stations, and water desalination plants. Fires broke out at some of the targeted sites, according to the ministry.
The ministry said the strikes caused severe material damage to infrastructure facilities, generation units, and fuel tanks at the affected locations.
