Diebold Nixdorf stock hits record highs on S&P SmallCap 600 inclusion

Investing.com -- Shares of ATM maker Diebold Nixdorf rose over 5% on Wednesday, trading around $82.3 shortly before 11 AM, after reaching an all-time high of $85.99 earlier in the session.
S&P Dow Jones Indices announced Tuesday that Diebold Nixdorf will replace Sealed Air Corp. in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Friday.
Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC is acquiring Sealed Air in a deal expected to be completed on Thursday.
