ASGN to change name to Everforth and NYSE ticker to EFOR

ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN) will change its legal name to Everforth, Inc., effective April 24, 2026, according to a company announcement. The company will also begin trading under the NYSE ticker symbol "EFOR" on the same date, replacing its current "ASGN" ticker.

The name and ticker changes are part of a corporate transformation announced on November 20, 2025, aimed at creating a unified brand identity. The company's common stock will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange, and no action is required from stockholders regarding the ticker change. The CUSIP number will remain unchanged.

ASGN also announced it will host its first quarter 2026 earnings conference call on April 22, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. ET. The company will post financial results and prepared remarks on its website before the call.

The Richmond, Virginia-based company provides IT solutions for commercial and government clients. The rebranding to Everforth is intended to unify seven existing brands: Apex Systems, Creative Circle, CyberCoders, ECS, GlideFast, TopBloc, and Quinnox under a single parent company identity.

According to the announcement, Everforth will focus on six solution areas: artificial intelligence and data, cloud and infrastructure, digital engineering, customer experience, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
