Mawson Infrastructure Group names new board and executive leadership

Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. announced the appointment of seven new board directors and new executive leadership following a cooperation agreement with the Endeavor Investor Group.

The reconstituted board includes Joshua Kilgore, Phil Stanley, Cody Smith, Lisa R. Hough, Daniel J. Morrison, K. Rodger Davis, and Kyle B. Danges. Joshua Kilgore was named Executive Chairman, Phil Stanley as Chief Executive Officer, and Cody Smith as Chief Operating Officer.

Kaliste Saloom, the company's current Interim Chief Executive Officer, will remain as General Counsel. All appointments are effective immediately.

Kilgore is the founder and managing member of Endeavor Blockchain, LLC, and majority owner of Big Digital Energy, LLC. Stanley has served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of PM Squared LLC since 2019. Smith has served as Partner at Big Digital Energy, LLC since August 2025 and previously founded cybersecurity firm Arrowhead Technologies.

The company operates digital infrastructure platforms for artificial intelligence, high performance computing, digital assets including Bitcoin mining, and other compute applications. Mawson has 129 megawatts of capacity online and additional capacity under development.

Kilgore stated the new management team plans to focus on stabilizing the company's capital structure, evaluating operations, and identifying assets for value creation in the AI and high-performance compute markets.

The company is based in Midland, Pennsylvania, and provides both self-mining operations and colocation services for enterprise customers.
