TEN Ltd. files annual report for fiscal year 2025

TEN Ltd. (NYSE: TEN) filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company announced.

The Athens-based tanker operator made the filing available on its website under the SEC Filings section. Shareholders can also request a hard copy of the annual report at no charge by contacting Capital Link.

TEN operates a fleet of 83 vessels including ten DP2 shuttle tankers, three VLCCs, five scrubber-fitted LR1 tankers and one LNG carrier under construction. The fleet consists of crude tankers, product tankers and LNG carriers totaling approximately 11 million deadweight tons.

The company was founded in 1993 and has operated as a public company for 33 years.
