OceanaGold begins trading on NYSE under ticker OGC
OceanaGold Corporation (NYSE: OGC) commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 7, 2026, under the ticker symbol "OGC," according to a company statement.
The Vancouver-based gold and copper producer discontinued quotation of its securities on the U.S. OTC Markets. The company's common shares continue to trade in Canadian dollars on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the same ticker symbol. Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding the exchange listing change.
OceanaGold operates four mines: the Haile Gold Mine in the United States, the Macraes and Waihi operations in New Zealand, and holds an 80% stake in the Didipio Mine in the Philippines.
The company describes itself as a global intermediate gold and copper producer focused on generating free cash flow from operations.
