Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS) announced the expansion of its additive manufacturing solutions with new materials and software enhancements across its technology platforms.
The company introduced ULTEM 1010 filament for its F3300 printer, designed for producing high-temperature, aerospace-grade components. The material offers heat resistance and low thermal expansion for composite tooling applications. ULTEM 1010 filament will be available in larger spool sizes this summer through the Fortus FDC filament dryer, compatible with F900 and Fortus 450mc Gen III printers.
New photocurable materials include P3 Deflect 110 resin for Origin printers, targeting automotive connectors and engineering applications exposed to elevated temperatures. Loctite 3D IND3785 Low Migration addresses FDA and EU compliance requirements for food and pharmaceutical production environments.
For PolyJet systems, the company released ToughONE White and ToughONE Black materials for J3 and J5 printers, designed for creating prototypes that withstand repeated testing and flexing.
The software portfolio received an update with Measurement-Based Warped Adaptive Modeling integration into GrabCAD Print Pro. This feature uses dimensional data to automatically correct warping on the Origin DLP platform for producing electrical connectors, precision jigs, and industrial fixtures.
Stratasys also introduced Somos WaterShed White, an SLA material for automotive, aerospace, and industrial prototypes. The material provides moisture resistance and smooth surface finish, validated for use on all Neo printers including the Neo800+.
"These innovations are designed to solve real challenges manufacturers face when adopting or scaling additive manufacturing," said Rich Garrity, Chief Business Unit Officer at Stratasys.
The company will demonstrate these products at the RAPID + TCT Conference from April 14-16 at booth 1601.
