RGP appoints Jessica Block as chief artificial intelligence officer

Resources Connection (NASDAQ: RGP) appointed Jessica Block as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, according to a company statement. Block will oversee the development of RGP's internal AI capabilities and expand AI solutions for clients.

The role positions AI at the center of RGP's operations, focusing on helping employees understand changes in their work and client businesses. Block will implement AI for RGP and its clients while protecting confidential information and ensuring responsible use.

Block brings 20 years of experience in consulting, legal services, technology, and business transformation. She spent more than a decade at FTI Consulting in senior roles serving corporate and law firm clients on technology-driven matters using predictive analytics and automation tools.

She later joined Ankura's executive leadership team during the company's growth through organic expansion and acquisitions. Most recently, Block served on Factor's executive leadership team, leading the firm's AI transformation and advising Fortune 500 legal departments on AI applications.
