YY Group wins SGD $5 million Singapore transport cleaning contract
YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced its subsidiary Hong Ye Group Pte. Ltd. has secured a contract for high-level cleaning services with a state-owned transportation authority in Singapore. The contract begins April 1, 2026, with a potential total value exceeding SGD $5 million if extension options are exercised.
The agreement covers specialized cleaning services across elevated and underground rail stations and multiple train depots spanning several major rail lines and light rail systems. Hong Ye Group will service infrastructure operated by one of Singapore's largest public transport operators.
"Securing this long-term contract with a major state-owned transportation authority is a powerful validation of YY Group's service capabilities and opens a significant new growth vertical for our IFM business," said Mike Fu, Group Chief Executive Officer.
The contract marks YY Group's entry into Singapore's public transportation infrastructure sector. The company's existing integrated facilities management portfolio includes hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, commercial office buildings, and financial institutions.
Hong Ye Group has begun mobilizing teams and operational workflows for service delivery when the contract commences. The company describes itself as a global provider of on-demand workforce solutions and integrated facilities management services.
