Pembina Pipeline Corporation (NYSE: PBA) announced it will hold a webcast and conference call on April 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. MT to present a business update and financial outlook.
The company plans to outline its "3Cs Strategy" consisting of Capture, Connect, and Catalyze initiatives. The strategy focuses on growing pipeline and gas processing capacity, expanding market access through LNG and LPG exports, and developing new demand platforms including gas-to-power solutions for data centers.
Pembina projects 5-7 percent compound annual fee-based adjusted EBITDA per share growth through 2030. The company stated this outlook is supported by higher utilization across existing assets, contributions from sanctioned projects entering service, and development opportunities.
The company provided an update on its 2026 frac spread hedging position, stating approximately 65 percent of its 2026 frac spread exposure has been hedged. Quarterly hedging levels vary, with approximately 40 percent hedged in the first and fourth quarters and approximately 90 percent in the second and third quarters. The weighted average price of current frac spread hedges is approximately C$35.40 per barrel, excluding transportation and processing costs.
A live webcast of the conference call will be accessible on Pembina's website, with presentation materials available prior to the call and an archive following the event, according to the company's announcement.
