RBB Bancorp board member Christopher Lin to retire in 2026

RBB Bancorp (NASDAQ: RBB) announced that Dr. Christopher Lin will retire from the company's board of directors and the board of Royal Business Bank effective at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Lin, who currently serves on the board's Audit Committee, Directors Loan Committee and Community Reinvestment Act Committee, notified the board chair on April 1, 2026, that he will not stand for re-election at the annual meeting.
The company stated that Lin's retirement decision did not involve any disagreement with company management or the boards regarding the company's operations, policies or practices.
Lin will step down from all committee roles when he retires from the board, according to the company's statement.
