EverPass Media announced an expanded commercial distribution agreement with Netflix Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) to bring live sports events to commercial establishments across the United States.
The first event under the expanded agreement will be the Tyson Fury vs. Arslanbek Makhmudov boxing match scheduled for April 11, 2026, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The fight will be available to stream globally on Netflix and exclusively through the EverPass platform for U.S. commercial establishments.
The boxing match will be included in EverPass's "EverPass Core" package for all new and existing streaming customers. This builds on an existing partnership between the companies that brought NFL Christmas Day games to commercial venues.
"Our ability to secure commercial distribution rights for tentpole sports events and must-see matchups reinforces the value of our platform," said Alex Kaplan, CEO of EverPass Media.
EverPass, launched in April 2023, provides live sports content to commercial businesses including bars, restaurants, hotels and gyms. The company's content library includes NFL Sunday Ticket, Peacock Sports Pass, Prime Video sports programming, ESPN+, Apple TV sports content and Paramount+.
The company partners with content rightsholders and distributors to create revenue channels and provide sports programming access for commercial establishments. The information was disclosed in a company press release.
