TripAdvisor chief legal officer to depart in May 2026

TripAdvisor Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP) announced that Seth Kalvert will leave his position as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective May 1, 2026.

The company stated that Kalvert's departure will be classified as a Qualifying Termination under TripAdvisor's Amended and Restated Executive Severance Plan. The departure is not related to any disagreements with the company regarding operations, policies, or practices, according to the announcement.

Following his departure, Kalvert has agreed to remain available to TripAdvisor in an advisory capacity for a transition period. The terms of this advisory arrangement will be determined through mutual agreement between Kalvert and the company.
