Calvin Choi re-appointed as chief president of Hong Kong youth group
Dr. Calvin Choi, founder of AMTD IDEA Group (NYSE: AMTD), has been re-appointed as chief president of the Hong Kong Island Youth United Association, according to a company statement.
The Hong Kong Island Youth United Association approved its second-term honorary appointments and new board composition. More than 100 young leaders from various sectors have taken positions as executive directors and directors in the organization's new leadership team.
The association was established by major youth organizations on Hong Kong Island in 2023. The organization states its mission is to unite young people from all sectors and encourage them to recognize their responsibilities in their generation. The association comprises 64 member organizations and over 100 key young members from diverse industries.
