Alpha Modus Corp., a subsidiary of Alpha Modus Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD), announced that the United States Patent & Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent No. 12,591,901 on March 31, 2026. The patent, titled "Methods for Personalized Marketing of Retail Products," covers real-time, in-store personalized marketing technology.
The patent protects methods that enable retailers to deliver targeted promotions, pricing, and product communications based on consumer interactions with products and their location within retail stores. The technology analyzes in-store shopping activity using monitoring devices including cameras, sensors, point-of-sale inputs, WiFi systems, kiosks, and interactive displays.
The patented system can track shoppers across retail environments and trigger real-time, personalized product communications through mobile devices, kiosks, or sales associates. The technology utilizes comparative pricing data to generate dynamic purchase options and provides sales associates with individualized guidance and consumer-specific insights.
"Retailers increasingly recognize the need to convert in-store behavioral data into real-time action," said William Alessi, CEO of Alpha Modus. "This patent protects one of the most powerful mechanisms for doing exactly that - delivering dynamic, hyper-personalized product incentives at the precise moment a shopper is ready to buy."
Alpha Modus Holdings Inc. describes itself as a vertical AI company focused on real-time, in-store shopper engagement and attribution. The company operates through subsidiaries including Alpha Modus Corp. and Alpha Modus Financial Services, deploying technologies that combine artificial intelligence, retail media, and financial access across physical retail locations.
