Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Laurent Yoon reiterated an Outperform rating and $115.00 price target on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX).
The analyst commented: "Netflix’s decision to raise prices resolves one key uncertainty underpinning ‘26 EPS growth, but leaves another unresolved: how much the company will spend—or amortize/expense— on content in ‘26. While we acknowledge the potential for a meaningful step-up in content investment, we remain skeptical of the guided $2.2B incremental content spend (implies ~$18B in content amort in ‘26 based on 1.1x ratio of cash content spend to content amortization).
