SNDL names Ryan Hellard interim cannabis president after Tyler Robson exit

SNDL Inc. (NASDAQ: SNDL) announced Tyler Robson, President of Cannabis, has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Ryan Hellard, the company's Chief Strategy Officer, will serve as Interim President of Cannabis.

The Edmonton-based company made the leadership change announcement on March 30. SNDL operates as a vertically integrated cannabis company and liquor retailer in Canada through multiple retail banners including Ace Liquor, Wine and Beyond, Liquor Depot, Value Buds, Spiritleaf and Cost Cannabis.

The company's cannabis brands include Top Leaf, Contraband, Palmetto, Bon Jak, La Plogue, Versus, Value Buds, Grasslands, Vacay, Pearls by Grön, No Future and Bhang Chocolate. SNDL products are available in licensed cannabis retail locations across Canada.

SNDL also maintains an investment portfolio focused on strategic capital deployment through direct and indirect investments in the North American cannabis industry.
