IperionX directors and officers acquire shares worth $2.2 million

IperionX Limited (NASDAQ: IPX) filed disclosures with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Australian Securities Exchange regarding changes in directors' and officers' ownership.
Four company executives acquired securities totaling approximately $2.2 million in value. Anastasios Arima, founder and CEO, purchased 467,000 shares and 12,800 American Depositary Shares valued at $1.33 million. Todd Hannigan acquired 225,225 shares worth $498,226.
R. Tony Tripeny purchased 4,187 ADSs for $99,464, while Toby Symonds, the company's president, bought 11,000 ADSs valued at $262,552.
The transactions involved both ordinary shares traded on the Australian Securities Exchange and ADSs traded on NASDAQ. Currency conversions from Australian dollars to U.S. dollars used the Reserve Bank of Australia's exchange rate of 0.6911 as of May 27, 2026.
The company is based in South Boston, Virginia, and maintains dual listings on both exchanges.
