Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) expanded its board of directors from eleven to twelve members and appointed Gianni Marostica as a new director, effective March 27, 2026.
The board designated Marostica as a Class II member, according to a company statement. He will serve until the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is elected and qualified.
The appointment represents an expansion of the hotel company's board structure rather than a replacement of an existing director.
