T-Mobile US Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) announced that board member Abdurazak Mudesir will resign from the company's board of directors effective March 31, 2026.
Mudesir notified the board on March 26, 2026 of his decision to step down from both the board and the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee.
The company stated that Mudesir's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with T-Mobile regarding its operations, policies or practices.
