Mizuho analyst Mara Goldstein reiterated an Outperform rating and $12.00 price target on Autolus Therapeutics plc (NASDAQ: AUTL)
The analyst commented, "AUTL just held its 4Q25 call. Aucatzyl (obe-cel; adult r/r B-ALL) 4Q25 and FY25 revenue of $23.3MM and $74.3MM, respectively (in-line with pre announcement; recall, company expected ~$24MM and ~$75MM, respectively, as of 1/12/2026); No change to 2026 net revenue guidance ($120–135MM). Questions on the call focused on (1) Aucatzyl launch / outlook -- potential seasonality sQoQ; expecting shift to positive gross margin in 2026; (2) Aucatzyl manufacturing -- increased volume / optimization could decrease costs over time; and (3) potential catalysts for 2026 -- CARLYSLE SLE Ph1 follow-up, BOBCAT progressive MS Ph1, and ALARIC AL amyloidosis Ph1 all expected to readout YE2026. Importantly, 2026 Ph1 readouts could start to clarify potential path forward, we imagine, for obe-cel in ex-ALL indications (with potentially large market opportunities)."
