On March 26, 2026, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its first quarter 2026 earnings results after the market closes on May 7, 2026. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on May 7, 2026, to discuss the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
